What Makes Us Different

If you need precision machining performed on parts that are not round or square or on components that are going to be “hard-to-hold”, we’re the people to call. We specialize in hard-to-hold castings including sand castings, aluminum castings, investment castings, powdered metal castings and ductile iron castings. While other companies can also machine hard-to-hold components, there are three ways that we are truly different:

1. Unlike many other machining companies, we will not only work with your castings or forgings suppliers, we’ll manage them, freeing you up to tackle more strategic aspects of your job and giving you single source responsibility for the entire project.
2. We design and build our own custom fixtures inhouse. This shortens lead times dramatically, reduces costs, ensures the quality of the fixtures used to run your parts and allows us to accommodate changes
3. We provide value-added assembly services for castings and components whether its mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic assembly that is required. We do not, however, do electrical assembly or PC boards.

Another way we are different is that our focus is not transactional…we are interested in long term, personal relationships with customers who are looking for a strategic partner…not just a vendor.
