We provide solutions to your tooling problems. We can provide dovetail form tools, dovetail shave tools, and other custom cutting tools to solve your most difficult tooling problems.  We stock various sizes of dovetail shave and form tool blanks.  These are available as blanks or we can Wire EDM the form to supply you with ready to use tools.

Engineering Services:
Contour Tool offers engineering services for the Precision Machined Products Industry as well as other industries we serve including medical and aerospace. Our engineers work closely with your staff to provide tool designs and detailed CAD prints. Our proven methodology and attention to detail eliminates costly mistakes that result in downtime and waste. Whether you are looking for Dovetail Forms or custom Insert Holders, we have the experience required to design tools that work for you. Our engineers can take your part prints or tool sketches and turn them into high quality cutting tools. 

Dies & Punches:
Our equipment and experience making cutting tools has led us into the making of dies and punches for the press molding industry. Making the blanks on our CNC equipment and finishing them on our wire EDMs has given Contour Tool the ability to solve customer’s problems.

Assembly:
Using a combination of Contour Tool supplied machined parts along with castings, forgings, and commercial hardware, Contour Tool can provide a turn-key solution to procuring the parts needed, assembling and testing them, and shipping direct to your distribution facility.

Laser Marking:
If you have a need to have your product laser marked, our lasers can mark your parts economically, letting you put your capital to work elsewhere.
